Would You Like to Be Smarter?: A Review of the ZOX Pro Training System

By Lai Beckelheimer

We all, occasionally, dream of being at least a tad smarter...some folks even want to be a whole lot smarter! The makers of the ZOX Pro Training System would like to teach you how to unleash the power of your brain and, effectively be smarter. However, is it possible to train your brain in order to be smarter? Can making your brain smart be accomplished? Does this system really do what it says it will do? We decided to take a closer look at the system and determine if it is worth its asking price.

The ZOX Pro Training System teaches you how you can become smarter by teaching you how to become a fast reader. The ZOX system's main idea is teaching you how to be a speed reader for even the longest books. The technique you learn for your speed reading is known as Memory Photography and is thought to teach you how to mentally photograph entire pages for later recollection.

For numerous students, the most difficult area of the entire learning process is being able to sit and read all of the reading they are tasked to do and then recall it after. This is especially true for student who suffer from things like ADHD and dyslexia. The program is developed to help make the reading part of learning go a lot faster. In essence, you can learn to read whole articles or even complete books in just a couple of minutes. If you follow the program closely, not only will you be able to flip through the reading quickly but you'll be able to remember what you saw later. This gives students who aren't good readers quite a boost to their self-confidence.

The ZOX Pro Training System was created by Dr. Richard Welch and is based upon a book that was authored by Shannon Panzo. Dr. Welch spent over three decades finding out everything he could about the brain and its ability to retain and process information. Welch's Memory Photography system is based on the combination of his own research and experience and the theories and information contained within Panzo's book. At first glance, everything looks really good.

The program itself isn't cheap. It is, currently, offered for almost two hundred dollars but, for that amount of money, you get the program with all of its learning modules as well as a whole slough of bonus materials that will help you get as much as possible from the program. So if you feel that videos, audio files, lessons and eBooks are worth that amount you will likely think the cost of the program is fair.

The big problem with the ZOX Pro Training System is that being a speed reader is great, of course, but that doesn't mean that you are actually smarter. It is being able to process and comprehend what you read that helps you be smarter. Although, admittedly, if you find it difficult getting through the reading primarily you'll in all likelihood have difficulty with everything else. In this case, the ZOX Pro Training System can be a terrific tool to have at your disposal.
